My Qualifications

I don't profess to be a doctor or woman of science. What I know about fitness and health has been acquired through more than 15 years of my own personal research and experience as an everyday woman who desires to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I encourage every individual do his or her own research to determine what works best for them as there is no one-size-fit-all program where diet and exercise are concerned.

The posts you read here are simply my personal opinion of what has worked for me over the years and should  serve as no more than a possible starting point towards one's own success.
